It’s been a fast-paced year filled with blockchain events and hackathons —WEN in Estonia, Solana Breakpoint 2024 in Singapore, the After Breakpoint event series, and Solana Temple, a month-long builders’ camp. We also joined Solana Crossroads in Istanbul. Now, Jubel and Alex just returned from Agroexpo 2025 in Bogotá—Colombia’s biggest CattleTech expo.
And we’re more confident than ever: we’re building the world’s largest blockchain-based smart cattle registry.
🧭 Our Phased Rollout
We’re tackling livestock digitization in three stages:
Phase 1: General livestock tracking
Phase 2: Meat production (animal weight data-critical)
Phase 3: Milk production
Currently, our focus is on real-world data and farmer-friendly integration.

Hardware: Collars to monitor movement and temperature; exploring ear tag connectivity.
Drones: Used for field analysis (e.g., rainfall, farm imagery).
Integration with different farm management hardware & existing ear tag tech
Data Management: Offline data collection (zip files uploaded to the cloud periodically) due to limited online connectivity for some farms.
